Any of them gets to the same people. Pick whichever is nearest to hand.
Write to hello@lydoh.com and a person reads it. Tell us the number on your account and roughly when the thing happened, and we can usually find the call before we reply.
Open support from your dashboard and your message becomes a ticket. Everything you send and every reply we write stays on that ticket, so you can read the whole thread later instead of digging through email.
Before you write, look at your dashboard. Your number, your recent calls, the messages taken and the tasks in flight are all there, and most questions answer themselves once you can see the call in the list.
FAQ
By email. Type the address on your account and Lydoh sends you a sign-in link. Open that link on the same phone and you are in. There is no password to set and none to forget. On Android you can also sign in with Google, using the same address.
Check your spam and promotions folders first, then give it a minute, because mail is not always instant. If it still has not arrived, go back to the sign-in screen and ask for another link, and check the address you typed is the one on your account. Links expire, so always open the newest one you were sent; an older link will say it no longer works.
Lydoh is on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android. Search for Lydoh, install it, and sign in with the email on your account. If you would rather not install anything, the dashboard works in any browser and does everything the app does.
In the app: open Settings, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete my account, and type DELETE to confirm. On the web: sign in to the dashboard, open Settings, and use Delete my account in the account card. If you would rather we did it for you, email us from the address on the account and we will. There is a page that spells out what is deleted straight away and what stays with the workspace.
Open Settings in the app and change Number to ring. Leave it blank and Lydoh rings your mobile instead. Your mobile number, the one text messages go to, is in the same place. None of this changes your Lydoh number, the one you hand out to other people; that has its own card in Settings and its own warning, because releasing it is permanent.
That is the point. When you return a call through Lydoh, we ring your phone first and then dial the other person with the practice number as the caller ID. Your own number never shows on their screen and never lands in their call history, so you can call someone back from your own phone without handing out your personal line.
Open Notifications in the app and switch on the events you want: messages taken on your line, how a task call went, a VIP who could not reach you, or, on a practice line, new requests, refills and urgent after-hours calls. You can also set quiet hours, a window where your phone stays silent. Urgent after-hours calls ignore quiet hours on purpose, because that is the one thing that should always wake someone.
In our own database and storage, with each workspace fenced off from every other one, plus the named companies that carry a call: telephony, transcription, the voice, and the model that does the talking. The privacy policy lists every one of them and what each receives, and the security page covers retention, access and the BAA for medical practices.
The pages behind those answers: deleting your account, privacy, and security and compliance.
A ticket from your dashboard comes to us with your workspace attached, and the whole thread stays in one place for you to read later.
