What co-branded means
Choose a brand name (it starts as “Your Company Frontdesk”) and upload your logo. Once we approve them, practices meet the service as “Your Brand, powered by Lydoh”. Here is exactly where each name appears today.
Shows your brand
Stays Lydoh, for now
On calls, callers hear the practice's name. By default the assistant opens with "Hi, this is Lydoh, the assistant for" the practice; the practice can rewrite its greetings, but the assistant's name is Lydoh. If you need a fully unbranded product, this isn't it yet, and we would rather say so here than after you sign up.
Your services, your invoice
Lydoh is self-serve, but a practice with a phone system, an EHR and an on-call rotation would rather someone who knows those systems set it up. That is billable work, and it is yours: you set the price and invoice the practice directly.
The API and webhooks are documented at lydoh.com/docs/webhooks; a practice creates API keys in its own settings. Your partner dashboard has a setup checklist and an email template to send clients.
What you get
The math
Ten practices on Lydoh Frontdesk pay $199 a month each. Your 10% is $199 a month, every month they stay, plus $1,000 in second-invoice bonuses. On top of that is whatever you charge them for setup and support.
How payouts work
The rules
Short, and in the agreement in full. Breaking them forfeits the commission involved and can end the partnership.
Questions
Companies and consultants who already serve medical, dental and veterinary practices: healthcare IT and managed service providers, EHR implementation consultants, VoIP and phone-system resellers, and medical billing and practice-management firms. Joining is self-serve and free, and most partners are approved instantly.
10% of each paid invoice's plan amount, every month the practice pays: $19.90 a month per Lydoh Frontdesk practice. Plus a one-time $100 when the practice pays its second invoice. Ten practices on Frontdesk is $199 a month, plus $1,000 in bonuses.
The Lydoh Frontdesk or Lydoh Personal plan price on invoices the practice actually paid, after any discount. Taxes, usage and any other charges do not count, and neither do trial invoices of $0 or subscriptions billed through Apple's App Store.
Every earning is held 60 days, then becomes payable. We pay payable balances monthly by ACH or check, arranged by email, once we have your W-9. You upload the W-9 as a PDF in your partner dashboard, and we issue a 1099 where required.
Refunds and chargebacks happen in the first weeks after a payment. A refunded or charged-back invoice reverses its commission, and the hold means that reversal comes off a balance you haven't been paid yet instead of a later payout.
90 days. Your link sets a cookie in the practice's browser, and you are credited if they sign up within 90 days of clicking. If they clicked another partner's link first, the first partner is credited.
No. They pay the published price ($199/month for Frontdesk), billed by Lydoh, and they get a 30-day trial instead of 14 days. Your setup and support services are yours to price and invoice separately.
It is co-branded: your brand, powered by Lydoh. Your landing page, one-pager, email template and directory card carry your brand and logo next to "powered by Lydoh", which always appears. It is not fully unbranded: the practice's dashboard, mobile app, billing and account emails are Lydoh's for now, and the assistant introduces itself as Lydoh on calls.
The practice's name. By default the assistant opens with "Hi, this is Lydoh, the assistant for" the practice, and it always says it is a digital assistant if asked. A practice can rewrite its daytime and after-hours greetings in its own words, but the assistant's name is Lydoh, and the after-hours on-call greeting says so.
No. "Powered by Lydoh" is always shown with your brand, and practices sign Lydoh's terms and are billed by Lydoh. You are credited as their implementation partner.
No. Referring gives you no access to any practice's calls, patients or settings. If a practice wants you to work inside its account during setup, that is an arrangement between you and the practice, under whatever agreement (such as a BAA) you already have with them.
A free Lydoh workspace with its own number, for showing clients. It has the same limits as a trial, such as no live call transfers and a daily cap on answered minutes, it never earns commission, and it stays free while you are an active partner. Request it from your dashboard; we set it up within a business day.
