Delete your Lydoh account

From the Lydoh app

1. Open Lydoh on your phone and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm, then type DELETE when asked.

From the web dashboard

Sign in at lydoh.com, open Settings → Account & billing, then use Delete my account at the bottom of that card and type DELETE to confirm.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted straight away: your sign-in account, every phone you have signed in on (so notifications stop), and your notification preferences.
• Kept with the workspace:the business records that belong to it — call logs, transcripts, recordings, messages and knowledge-base content. They are the business's records, not one person's, so they stay until the workspace itself is closed. Closing the workspace removes them; see the Privacy Policy for retention.
• If you are the only owner of a workspace whose subscription is still running, the app will say so and ask you to cancel the subscription or transfer ownership at lydoh.com first. That is so a paid workspace is never left with nobody able to reach it.

Email hello@lydoh.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm by reply.
