Arini · AI receptionist and patient engagement for dental groups
Arini is built for dentistry and it shows: it says its agents "answer every call, re-activate every patient," work around the clock, integrate with your existing systems and deploy in days, and it reports 1,000,000 booked appointments. Patients can schedule by call, text, email or the website, and a tool called Watchtower tracks agent performance across locations, which suits dental groups (its site sorts buyers into 1 to 20, 20 to 100, and 100+ locations). Pricing isn't published; you book a demo. Lydoh answers dental and medical calls without integrating with your practice software, on plans anyone can read: Lydoh Frontdesk is $249/mo with 1,200 minutes included, Lydoh After Hours $99/mo with 300 minutes included.

FAQ
Arini is an AI receptionist and patient engagement product for dental practices. Its site says its agents answer every call, work around the clock, integrate with your existing systems and can be deployed in days, and that patients can schedule by call, text, email or the website. It also offers Watchtower, a tool for tracking AI agents, workflows and locations.
Arini doesn't publish pricing; its site offers an ROI calculator and a demo booking instead, and arini.ai/pricing doesn't exist. Ask Arini for a quote for your number of locations. Lydoh's dental plans are published: Lydoh Frontdesk is $249/mo with 1,200 minutes included, Lydoh After Hours is $99/mo with 300 minutes included, with $0.25 a minute after and a 14-day free trial.
No. Lydoh doesn't integrate with dental practice software. It takes the appointment request (who, what for, when they'd like to come in) and texts it to your staff, who book it in your system. If direct booking is the requirement, a dental-specific product that integrates is the better fit.
It answers, tells callers with a true emergency to call 911, and lets the caller say whether the problem is urgent. Urgent calls go to the dentist on call: Lydoh dials them, they accept, and Lydoh connects the patient, with a backup and a team text if nobody accepts. Routine requests wait for the morning. Every plan also has missed-call text back, two-way patient texting, appointment reminders and review requests.
