Text Lydoh a task and it calls for you: the shop, the restaurant, the dentist. It stays inside the window and the limit you set, reads the booking back to the person on the phone, and texts you what it got.

It knows you

FAQ

The things people ask first.

Is Lydoh a person?

No, and it says so. Lydoh opens every call by naming itself as a digital assistant calling on your behalf. If anyone asks whether they are talking to a human, it answers straight: it is an assistant, and it can still help.

Will it pretend to be me?

Never. It calls on your behalf and says whose behalf it is calling on, in that order, before it asks for anything. Your name is used to identify the booking, not to impersonate you.

What can't it do?

It does not pay for anything, does not hand over a card number, and does not agree to a price above the cap you set on the task. It will not argue, and it will not keep pushing after a no. If a call needs a decision you have not given it, it stops and texts you.

Does it read my email or calendar?

No. Lydoh has no access to your email or your calendar, and there is no integration for either in this release. It works from your phone line and the tasks you text it, and it sends results back as a text you can act on.

What happens if nobody answers?

Lydoh hangs up, waits, and tries again during business hours. It never leaves a booking half done and never invents a confirmation. If it still cannot reach anyone, it texts you and the task sits there for you to decide on.

Can I stop a task?

Yes. Cancel it from your dashboard and Lydoh drops it. A task that has not gone out yet simply never goes out, and one that is already done comes back to you with what happened on the call so nothing is a surprise.
