NexHealth · Patient experience platform that syncs with your health record system
NexHealth does something Lydoh doesn't: its Synchronizer reads and writes data in your health record system, and its pricing page lists dozens of dental and medical systems, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, athenahealth and Epic among them. On that sync it builds online booking, recalls and a waitlist, digital forms, reminders and reviews, text and email billing, insurance verification and reporting. If you want booking and forms written straight into your chart, that is a real reason to choose it. Pricing is quote-based ("Custom plans available. Contact us"). Lydoh is a different tool: it answers the phone and texts patients, without touching your EHR, on published plans: Lydoh Text $49/mo, Lydoh After Hours $99/mo with 300 minutes included.

FAQ
NexHealth doesn't publish prices. Its pricing page says "Custom plans available. Contact us to discuss your needs," and asks about your practice to prepare a quote. It offers monthly billing, or annual billing paid up front with 90 days' notice not to renew, and says there are no cancellation fees. Third-party figures we found were estimates that disagreed, so we don't quote one. Lydoh's plans are published: Lydoh Text $49/mo, Lydoh After Hours $99/mo with 300 minutes included.
A lot. It syncs with your health record system and, on top of that, offers online booking, recalls, a waitlist, digital forms, text and email billing, insurance eligibility checks and a reporting dashboard. Lydoh doesn't sync with any EHR and doesn't do forms, payments or verification.
It answers the phone. The voice plans answer every call forwarded to Lydoh with AI, take appointment and refill requests, and after hours run 911 deflection on clinical lines (an emergency animal hospital for vets), urgency decided by the caller, and an on-call cascade that dials your providers until one accepts. NexHealth's pricing page lists no phone-answering module. Every Lydoh plan also has missed-call text back, two-way patient texting, appointment reminders and review requests.
Yes. Keep NexHealth for booking, forms and payments, and forward the calls your staff can't pick up to Lydoh's number. The two don't overlap much; the one place they do is reminders, so use one tool for those, not both.
